Volet Card Key features

• Virtual and plastic cards

  Choose a virtual or plastic prepaid card, depending on the program available in your country. Virtual cards can pay online after funding, while plastic cards can pay at terminals and withdraw cash where the program allows.

• USD or EUR balance

  Cards use a prepaid USD or EUR balance. You convert crypto to fiat in the Volet wallet, then load the card before spending.

• Wallet-funded card

  Card loads come from your Volet fiat wallet. You can deposit crypto or fiat, exchange crypto for USD or EUR, and move the fiat balance onto the card.

• Crypto wallet support

  The wallet supports BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, and other listed assets across networks such as Ethereum, Tron, BNB Smart Chain, Solana, TON, Polygon, Avalanche, Arbitrum, and Optimism. The live asset list in your account is the source to check before depositing.

• Built-in crypto swaps

  You can exchange supported crypto for USD or EUR inside the same Volet account. The fiat balance can then fund the card.

• Apple Pay and Google Pay

  Selected digital and Spend Virtual Mastercard programs advertise Apple Pay and Google Pay support. Europe plastic and some older programs do not advertise the same support, so check the exact card before ordering.

• Published purchase limits

  The digital program lists single purchases up to 25,000 USD, daily purchases up to 50,000 USD, and monthly purchases up to 200,000 USD. Europe and Asia Pacific programs publish lower limits, and merchants or local banks can impose their own limits.

• No token staking

  The published card requirements do not include holding or staking a Volet token. Account status, required identity checks, and card fees still apply.

• Free internal transfers

  Personal transfers between Volet users by email or account ID are free. You can use this to move funds between Volet accounts before loading a card.

• Regional card programs

  Volet lists separate digital, Europe, and Asia Pacific card programs. The United States and United Kingdom are commonly listed outside current card programs, so eligibility depends on the live order screen.

• Custodial account

  Volet and its card issuers control the wallet ledger and prepaid balance. You do not hold independent recovery keys for a frozen account, and wallet funds do not have standard bank deposit insurance.

• Ticket support

  Volet advertises support through tickets with live agents. Public reviews also mention compliance holds, blocked cards, issuer maintenance, and slow replies.

• Referral reward

  Public pages list a payout when a referred user activates a digital or plastic card. The amount and current terms are not given in the supplied data.

Volet Card Fees

• Issuance fee You pay about 5 USD for Digital Mastercard or Asia Pacific plastic; for Europe cards, you pay about 1 USD or EUR for virtual and about 5 USD or EUR for plastic.

• ATM withdrawals For Europe cards, you pay about 1.99 inside the EU region or 2.99 outside, with no currency specified in the supplied data; for Asia Pacific plastic, you pay about 2.99 USD, with 1.99 USD noted for Australia on one fee sheet.

How to use Volet Card

1. 1

   Create your account

   Sign up at volet.com, then log in at account.volet.com. Complete identity checks if your card program or account limits require verification.

2. 2

   Fund your wallet

   Deposit crypto or use a fiat deposit method available in your country; Volet holds these funds in a custodial account. For crypto, copy the exact deposit address and select the matching network shown in your live account.

3. 3

   Prepare your card currency

   Convert crypto inside the wallet to the USD or EUR currency your chosen card program uses. You will load a separate prepaid fiat balance onto the card before you spend.

4. 4

   Order your card

   Open Cards and choose a program available for your residence and preferred currency. Check the live country list and fee sheet, then accept the fees and pay the issuance fee shown to confirm your order.

5. 5

   Load your card

   For a plastic card, wait for delivery and activate it in your account; for a virtual card, wait until the issuer accepts your order and issues the card. Check the load fee and minimum load, then transfer USD or EUR from your Volet fiat wallet onto the card.

6. 6

   Make your first payment

   For an online payment, copy your issued virtual card's number, expiry and CVV from the dashboard and enter them at checkout. Use an activated plastic card at a supported terminal, or add a supported card to Apple Pay or Google Pay, and keep your payment within the card's loaded balance and published limits.
