KOSH Card Key features

• Named USD accounts

  Receive client and platform payouts through a named USD account with ACH and wire details. EUR, GBP, AED, and SWIFT details may be available in some regions.

• Stablecoin balance

  Hold funds in USDC or USDT. You can fund the balance through fiat transfers or supported on-chain deposits.

• Virtual Visa card

  Request a virtual Visa card in the app after verification. Use it for online purchases, software, advertising, and subscriptions.

• Physical Visa card

  Freeze or unfreeze the card, set spending limits, and restrict categories or merchants from the app.

• Extra team cards

  Issue additional cards for team members or family from one account. The product supports limits for shared spending.

• AI spend analysis

  The app groups transactions, flags recurring subscriptions, and shows spending by category.

• Supported networks

  Public product information lists deposits on Solana, Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Polygon, OP Mainnet, and BNB Smart Chain. Use only the asset and network shown on the live deposit screen.

• Local bank off ramps

  You can withdraw to local banks through supported corridors in more than 90 countries. Availability and fees depend on the country and payment rail.

• Crypto custody model

  Funds sit as stablecoins in smart contract wallets and with partner custody for card settlement. KOSH is a fintech and crypto service, not a bank, and FDIC-style insurance does not cover every dollar.

• Account and spending KOSH usually claims no monthly account fee and advertises a 0% platform fee on USD card spend.
• FX fee KOSH lists 1.5% for non-USD card spend, while some aggregators cite about 2% plus a small flat fee such as $0.30, so confirm in the app.
• Card issuance Confirm current prices in the app, as cited prices are about $10 for a virtual card and $60 to $100 for a physical card, with an annual fee of about $10 in some term summaries.
• Crypto deposits KOSH typically charges no platform fee for USDC or USDT deposits, but you pay network gas fees.
• ATM withdrawals Aggregators cite $1 plus 1% per withdrawal, plus FX fees for non-USD withdrawals.

How to use KOSH Card

   Download the KOSH app

   Install the KOSH app from the App Store or Google Play. Create an account with your email or a supported social login, then check whether your country can activate the card before you apply.

   Verify your identity

   Complete the identity check with the documents the app requests. The app may ask for an ID and supporting documents, such as a bank statement.

3. 3

   Open your account details

   After verification, open the named virtual account details shown in the app, such as USD ACH or wire details and any other currency or SWIFT details available in your region. Add these details to Upwork, Deel, Fiverr, Stripe, payroll records, or client invoices.

   Fund your balance

   Receive a payout into your named account, or send USDC or USDT from a supported chain to the deposit address shown in the app. Send only the asset and network displayed on the live deposit screen, then wait until the funds show as available.

   Request a virtual card

   Open Cards in the app and request a virtual Visa card after your balance becomes available. Add the card to Apple Pay or Google Pay if you want to pay in stores before a physical card arrives.

6. 6

   Make your first payment

   Use the virtual card at an online or in-person merchant that accepts Visa. The card spends from your available KOSH USD or stablecoin balance, so check the balance before the payment.

  Founder of @koshmoney asked me to review their neo bank. So here it is my unfiltered experience from eyes of a product designer:
  
  I eventually got in.
  At first, I tried to register, but Hong Kong wasn't on the list of countries that can activate the card.
  I messaged him, he said they do support it, but a few minutes later he came back and said the card issuer stopped doesn't support HK anymore.
  They only support Hong Kong businesses which I found odd.
  He said the team can help onboard me, I got a telegram link on X, but I didn't want to click a random link. Something about crypto and links put me off instantly.
  We found a workaround so he invited me directly on Telegram using my handle.
  One of the team members sent me another link asking to sign up through a platform called CopperX.
  That's where I stopped because it felt iffy and suspicious.
  A few days later, I get a message from the founder that the card is available for individuals in HK.
  I signed up, the app took 5+- mins to onboard (there was some sort of a bug) and I got 10USDC for free.
  Again, it's not to say they're scammers or anything like that, I want to share a real experience and thoughts from a user (and a designer) how much UX affects someone signing up.
  If the process is too long, too complicated, too suspicious, people lose that trust immediately.
  If not the founder reaching out, I would have gave up. And that's what a lot of users will experience.
