Jupiter Solana Card Overview
Jupiter Card is a virtual Visa debit card inside the Jupiter mobile app. Deposit USDC or USDT into Spend, and the app credits your balance 1:1 as USD. The card spends from that balance, so it is not a credit line. The balance stays with the card issuer rather than in your DeFi wallet.
It suits people who hold stablecoins and want everyday Visa spending without another exchange card. It also fits Solana users who want card payments, Apple Pay, or Google Pay in one app. Eligibility depends on your country and issuer assignment, so check the live list in the app. KYC is required.
You can fund the card with USDC on Solana, Sui, Arbitrum, or Base, or USDT on Solana. Jupiter does not charge a deposit fee, but network fees may apply. USD purchases have no FX fee. Non-USD purchases have a 1% FX fee on Rain cards or 1.8% on DCS cards. The annual fee is not published as a charge because the current terms list none.
The published cashback rate is 2% on qualifying card purchases, capped at $100 each month. After two qualifying referrals in a month, the next month can reach 4%, capped at $200. Cashback credits after settlement. The card is virtual only, and ATM cash access is not a documented core feature.
Jupiter Card stands out because it converts the stablecoin deposit into a USD spend balance before checkout. That makes it useful for USD spending, though the cashback cap and issuer-based FX fees matter. Check the app for current eligibility, limits, and terms before depositing funds.

You can reveal card details and freeze or unfreeze the card in Jupiter Mobile. If someone uses the card without permission, freeze it first and contact support.

KYC verification
Spend requires identity verification through SumSub, including an identity document, phone number, liveness check, and personal details. APAC users may also need proof of address.

Jupiter Solana Card Review

Cons
- The card is virtual only, so you cannot order a physical card yet.
- You must complete KYC before you can use Spend.
- DCS cards charge a 1.8% FX fee on non-USD purchases.
- The 2% cashback rate has a $100 monthly cap.
- You need two qualifying referrals to raise cashback to 4% for the next month.
- Only USDC and USDT can fund the card, and USDT deposits cannot be withdrawn to fiat.
- Spend balances have no published FDIC or equivalent deposit insurance.
- ATM cash access and transaction push notifications are not documented core features.
Our verdict
I'd carry it for Solana users who spend USDC in USD and pass KYC. There is no annual fee, but chain network fees still apply. USD purchases have no FX fee; non-USD costs 1% Rain or 1.8% DCS. Jupiter publishes one-to-one funding, but no separate spread. Cashback is 2%, capped at $100 monthly; Rain or DCS holds your funds. A physical card or clearer spread disclosure would change my mind.
Jupiter Solana funding
-
Outside investment - Feb 2026 Jupiter raised $35 million from ParaFi Capital on 4 February 2026, the only investor named in the raw data.
Is Jupiter Solana Card safe & legit?
Jupiter Card appears legitimate: Jupiter Exchange runs the product, Rain and DCS issue the Visa cards, and ParaFi Capital backed Jupiter with a $35 million investment; the data names president Xiao Xiao and product lead Thomas, but no founders. Your Spend balance is custodial with Rain or DCS, not self-custody, and Jupiter says the balance has no published FDIC or equivalent deposit insurance. No known scam red flags appear in the data, but issuer risk, required KYC, changing regional access, and the card's young, virtual-only setup remain risks.

Ngl, Jupiter Spend makes most onchain card apps feel outdated.
It has quickly become one of my favorite Jupiter products:
→ Built directly into @jup_mobile
→ 3% cashback through its VIP status match
→ Easily the best spending overview I’ve seen from an onchain card
I’ve already used it across five countries and the experience has been super smooth.
Now bring on the physical card 🪐

An update for our Jupiter Card users:
Earlier today, a security incident affected another card program on Solana. As a precaution, our card partner briefly paused card-balance withdrawals while they completed their security checks.
That check is now complete and everything is back to normal.
To be clear:
- No Jupiter accounts were affected
- Card payments worked as normal throughout
- Your on-chain wallets were never impacted
- Your funds were never at risk
You can withdraw your card balance as usual.
Thank you for your patience, we kept you updated by email throughout and we'll always put your security first.
Thanks for your attention to this matter.
