Bleap Card Overview
The Bleap Card is a Mastercard crypto debit card linked to a self-custodial wallet. You keep control of your assets until you authorize a purchase, and merchants receive fiat. It suits eligible residents in the EEA and Switzerland who want to spend crypto without keeping a balance on an exchange. Check country eligibility in the app before you transfer funds.
You fund the wallet with supported crypto or a bank transfer where available. Convert tokens into a supported stablecoin spend balance, then pay at merchants that accept Mastercard. You can add the virtual card to Apple Pay or Google Pay. A physical card is optional. Bleap advertises no monthly card fee and 0% FX markup on purchases abroad, though network costs can apply when you deposit crypto.
Bleap pays cashback in USDC after purchases settle. Advertised category rates reach 20% at selected streaming and AI services, with merchant caps. No recurring fee
Bleap lists no monthly or annual card fee and no virtual card issuance fee. You may still pay external bank fees or network gas when you fund your wallet.

Tiered USDC cashback
You receive cashback in USDC after settlement, with listed rates of 20% at selected subscription and gaming merchants and 3% at selected ride and food delivery apps. Merchant and monthly caps apply, but the supplied data omits cap amounts and has conflicting general spending rates of 1% and about 2%.

Zero FX markup
Bleap advertises 0% extra FX markup on foreign currency card purchases at Mastercard exchange rates. This does not mean every currency conversion has no cost.

How to use Bleap Card

Create your account
Go to bleap.finance and download the iOS or Android app. Sign up with your email and phone number.

Verify your identity
Check country eligibility and nationality restrictions in the app, then complete KYC with your ID and a selfie. You must be at least 18 and live in a supported country.

Create and fund your wallet
Create your self custodial wallet inside the app. Send supported tokens over a network listed in the app, or use a bank transfer if available in your country.

Prepare your spend balance
Convert your tokens in the app to a EUR or USD style spend balance if you cannot spend those tokens directly with the card.

Get your virtual card
Issue your virtual card in the app. Add it to Apple Pay or Google Pay if you want to tap to pay.

Make your first payment
Use your virtual card for an online purchase, or pay in store with Apple Pay or Google Pay at a merchant that accepts Mastercard. You receive eligible cashback in USDC after the transaction settles.

Our verdict
I'd carry Bleap Card as an eligible EEA or Swiss stablecoin spender. You keep custody until purchase authorization. Bleap advertises no recurring card fee or FX markup. I lack published spread figures; gas and outside fees also affect total cost. I'd reconsider if all-in costs outweighed my capped cashback.
