Haven Card Overview
Haven Card is a Visa debit card linked to Haven, a privacy focused crypto neobank. It lets users spend supported crypto at Visa merchants while keeping the card balance separate from the original public wallet address. The site lists Apple Pay and Google Pay support, plus card access in 184 countries. Confirm availability in the app before applying.
The card suits crypto users who want to pay for shopping, travel, subscriptions, or business costs without exposing their full wallet history. It is a better fit for people who already understand self custody and can manage their own wallet keys. Haven mainly describes support for ETH and stablecoins on selected networks, so check the live asset list before sending funds.
Funding starts with a crypto deposit from an external wallet or a purchase through a licensed on-ramp. Users can move funds into a shared privacy pool, then load the Visa card from the private balance. Spending works at Visa merchants, with mobile payments available through Apple Pay and Google Pay. Haven also describes stealth address withdrawals for private transfers.
The main difference is the combination of self custody, privacy pools, stealth addresses, and card spending. The design tries to stop a merchant or chain explorer from linking a card payment to the wallet that made the original deposit. Screening can reject a deposit, with Haven describing a withdrawal route back to the original wallet.
Haven has not published a complete public fee table. Some partner material describes zero extra percentage for certain USDC deposits through Fuel, while other routes may involve network, card, FX, ATM, or load fees. Reward copy has mentioned cashback of up to 10%, but treat that as a program claim rather than a permanent rate. Check the current app terms before funding the card.

How to use Haven Card

Connect your wallet
Open go.haven.hn or app.haven.hn and create or connect a self custodial wallet. Keep your keys safe, since losing them means losing access to your funds.

Check card access
Confirm in the app that you can get a card in your country before you deposit, and check the current fees. If issuance is not open in your region, join the card waitlist at haven.hn.

Fund your account
Check the live asset and network list, then deposit supported ETH or stablecoins from an external wallet, or buy through a licensed onramp. If you use an onramp, complete the identity checks with that partner.

Shield your deposit
Move your deposit into a privacy pool for screening. If screening rejects your funds, withdraw them back to your original wallet.

Load your card
Once you have card access, load the Haven Visa debit card from your private balance. Use the stealth or temporary address route described for card top ups.

Make your first payment
Pay with your funded card at a merchant that accepts Visa. For phone payments, add the card to Apple Pay or Google Pay before you tap.

Our verdict
I wouldn't carry Haven Card yet. I'd consider it for privacy-minded crypto holders comfortable with self custody. Haven hasn't published its spread or a complete fee schedule. You pay gas; possible issuer charges could outweigh advertised cashback up to 10%. I'd reconsider once Haven confirms card issuance and publishes competitive all-in costs.

Is Haven Card safe & legit?
CryptoCards names Haven Finance LLC as the operator and João (@joaovbgomes) as founder; Haven joined Starknet Foundation's Proof program, but the supplied sources name no Visa issuer or confirmed venture backers. Haven describes its wallet as self-custody, though those sources do not clarify who holds the loaded card balance. They document no major scam wave, but I would treat Haven as unproven: Haven has not published full fees, and users face key-loss and smart-contract risks.
