SolCard
Solana holders can turn SOL or stablecoins into a spendable USD card for online stores, with no ID check needed on the Virtual tier.

SolCard: No KYC Virtual Card, Fees And Solana Assets
What is SolCard Card?
SolCard is a prepaid crypto debit card that turns SOL, USDC, or USDT into a USD balance for Visa and Mastercard payments, with a no-KYC virtual tier that charges a 5 percent load fee and caps monthly spend at $5,000.

SolCard Card Overview
SolCard is a prepaid crypto spending card. You send crypto to a deposit address, the platform converts it to a USD balance, and you spend that balance anywhere Visa or Mastercard is accepted. You never hand crypto to a merchant, and the entry level tier does not need a bank account.
The card suits people who already hold SOL or stablecoins and want to spend that value online without selling on an exchange first. It fits well if you lack a working international bank card, live outside typical banking rails, or want to skip identity checks for smaller spend. It is a poor fit if you want ATM cash, physical plastic on every tier, or US residency, since the US sits on the restricted country list along with several other markets.
There are two paths. The Virtual tier needs only an email and a deposit, and a virtual card number shows up in the dashboard once your deposit confirms. No identity check, but the tradeoff is real cost: a 5 percent top up fee, a monthly spend cap commonly cited around $5,000, plus per purchase fees near $0.30, FX around 2 percent, and extra charges on small tickets or declines. Load $1,000 on this tier and you lose roughly $50 before you spend a cent.
The Platinum tier asks for identity verification in exchange for dropping that load fee to zero, raising the spend cap, and unlocking Apple Pay and Google Pay in supported regions. If you plan to load often or spend large amounts, Platinum is the tier that actually makes sense. The Virtual tier is built for access, not for value.
Funding runs on Solana natively (SOL, SOLC, JITO, USDC and USDT on Solana), and the platform also accepts stablecoins on other chains including Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Smart Chain, Arbitrum, Optimism, Avalanche, Base, and HyperEVM. The card balance itself sits in USD, so a merchant never sees a crypto payment. Send the wrong token or network and the deposit can be lost, so match the address and chain shown on the invoice exactly.
What separates SolCard from most crypto card products is the no-KYC option paired with genuine multichain deposits and Solana speed for top ups. There is also a token, SOLC, tied to the project. It launched through a Raydium fair launch in March 2024 with no venture funding, and early plans included revenue share and staking cashback for holders. Public materials now describe that cashback as unreleased or inactive, and the token price has dropped sharply since its 2024 peak. I would not load this card expecting SOLC to sweeten the deal. Treat it as a separate, speculative asset.
There is also a lottery style perk called SolCard Drops, where spending earns entries into prize draws run on-chain. It is a bonus feature, not cashback you can count on.
The honest read: SolCard does one job well, turning crypto into an online prepaid card fast, with no identity check if you want that. It is expensive on the Virtual tier once every small fee stacks up, and Platinum is the better deal if you are willing to verify. Load only what you plan to spend soon, and check the live fee table and country list on SolCard's own site before you send anything, since fees and eligibility change.
SolCard Card Key features
-
Instant virtual card
Once a deposit clears, a Mastercard style virtual number shows up in the dashboard within seconds. There's no plastic and no waiting period, so it works well for subscriptions and online checkouts.
-
No KYC entry tier
The Virtual card only needs an email and a deposit to get started. It comes with a 5 percent top up fee and a $5,000 monthly cap until you verify identity.
-
Platinum verified tier
Completing identity checks drops the top up fee to 0 percent and raises or removes the monthly cap. It also unlocks Apple Pay and Google Pay in supported regions, and some materials mention a physical card option here.
-
Crypto in, USD out
You preload the card with SOL, stablecoins, or other supported tokens, and conversion happens at deposit time, not per purchase. Merchants just see a normal USD card payment.
-
Multichain stablecoin deposits
Beyond native Solana assets like SOL, SOLC, and JITO, the card accepts USDC and USDT across networks including Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Smart Chain, Arbitrum, Optimism, Avalanche, Base, and HyperEVM. Send the wrong token or network and the deposit can be lost, so match the invoice exactly.
-
SolCard Drops
Every dollar spent earns entries (commonly 100 per $1) into prize draws decided by on chain randomness. It's a lottery style perk on top of spending, not a guaranteed cashback rate.
-
Dashboard card controls
You can check balances and transactions, freeze or unfreeze a card, open extra card slots, and request top ups from one dashboard. The freeze option matters if you think your card number leaked.
-
SOLC token tie in
SOLC is the project's own token, originally designed with a revenue share from top up fees and later staking rewards for holders. Public materials now describe that cashback as unreleased or inactive, and the token price has dropped sharply since its March 2024 launch, so it's worth treating as a separate speculative bet rather than a reason to fund the card.
-
Referral payouts
An affiliate program pays out a share of load fees to referrers. The company has also talked about business payouts that convert platform balances into spendable cards, though details on this side of the product are thin.
SolCard Card Fees
-
Issuance fee Opening a Virtual card costs around $10 one time, and Platinum issuance is also commonly listed near $10.
-
Top-up fee Loading the Virtual (no KYC) card costs 5 percent per top up, while Platinum (KYC) top ups are 0 percent.
-
Per-purchase fee Each successful purchase costs about $0.30, with an extra $0.15 often added on purchases under $10.
-
FX spread Cross border or foreign currency transactions add about 2 percent.
-
Other charges Declined transactions can cost $0.15 to $0.50, refunds back to the card run about 2 percent, and withdrawing to crypto costs about $1 in USDT.

How to use SolCard Card
-
Create your account
Go to solcard.cc or app.solcard.cc and sign up with an email address. No identity check is needed if you want the Virtual card.
-
Choose a card tier
Open a card slot and pick Virtual Mastercard for instant issue with no KYC, or start the Platinum path if you plan to verify your identity and drop the load fee to zero.
-
Set your load amount
Enter how much you want to load. Check the quote screen for issuance and top up fees before you send anything, since the Virtual tier adds a 5 percent load fee.
-
Send the exact asset
Copy the deposit address and QR code, then send only the listed token on the listed network (for example USDC on Solana, not USDC on Ethereum). Pay within the stated window, often 30 minutes, since the wrong asset or chain can cost you the deposit.
-
Wait for confirmation
Once the chain confirms your transfer, the platform converts it to a USD balance and the card details appear in your dashboard slot.
-
Pay with your card
Copy the card number, expiry, and CVV into a checkout page, or add a Platinum card to Apple Pay or Google Pay where that is supported. Keep a little extra balance beyond the purchase price to cover per transaction fees, since repeated declines can trigger cancellation.

Just won an iPad Air from a @solcard drop - claimed my reward in USDT and got my reward instantly. Been using the card because it's the best crypto card out there. The cashback and rewards are just a bonus, and apparently sometimes that bonus is an iPad.

SolCard Card Review
Pros
- The Virtual card needs only an email and a deposit, so you can skip identity checks for smaller online spend.
- A virtual card number appears in the dashboard within seconds of your deposit confirming, with no wait for plastic.
- Platinum verification drops the top up fee from 5 percent to 0 percent and adds Apple Pay and Google Pay in supported regions.
- You can fund the card with SOL, USDC, or USDT on Solana, plus stablecoins on eight or more other chains including Ethereum and Base.
- The dashboard lets you freeze a card instantly if you suspect your card details leaked.
- Conversion happens once at deposit, not on every purchase, so merchants just see a normal card payment.
- The operator, SC Payments Limited, discloses its Hong Kong registration number and is upfront that licensed third parties, not SolCard, hold your spendable balance.
Cons
- The Virtual tier's 5 percent load fee turns a $1,000 deposit into $50 gone before you spend a cent.
- Small purchases under $10 stack extra fees on top of the per-transaction charge, so tiny buys cost proportionally more.
- SC Payments Limited is not a bank or an e-money institution, and it does not hold your spendable balance itself, so there is no deposit insurance if something goes wrong.
- Trustpilot reviews cluster around 2.2 to 2.7 stars, with complaints about frozen balances, cancelled cards, and slow refunds.
- US residents are blocked outright, and the restricted country list also covers Russia, Nigeria, Ukraine, and several others.
- SOLC token rewards and cashback promises are now described as unreleased or inactive, and the token price has dropped sharply since its 2024 peak.
- Founders are not publicly named, which makes it hard to know who is actually accountable if the platform runs into trouble.
- Sending the wrong token or the wrong network to your deposit address can mean a permanently lost deposit, with no built-in recovery.
Our verdict
SolCard is worth carrying only if you truly need a no-KYC online card and accept the cost. The Virtual tier looks cheap until you add it up: 5% load fee, ~$0.30 per purchase, ~2% FX, plus small-ticket surcharges. A $1,000 load can cost $50 before you spend a cent. The SOLC token cashback is not a real offset right now, since official materials call it unreleased or inactive and the token price has dropped hard since 2024. I would switch to Platinum and do the KYC if I spent often, since it drops the load fee to zero and adds Apple Pay and Google Pay. My mind would change with a clean Trustpilot record and clear proof that issuer cancellations stopped happening.
Is SolCard Card safe & legit?
SC PAYMENTS LIMITED, a Hong Kong registered company, runs SolCard as program manager, with licensed third parties actually issuing the Visa/Mastercard rails. No founders are named publicly, and there was no venture funding, the project bootstrapped off a March 2024 Raydium fair launch of its SOLC token. Your balance is not self-custody: the issuer holds the spendable funds, SolCard is not a bank, and there is no deposit insurance if something goes wrong.
The real red flags are practical, not theoretical. Trustpilot ratings sit low (around 2.2 to 2.7), with users reporting frozen balances and issuer-driven card cancellations. I would not call it a scam, but I would not park real savings there either. Load small, expect the 5% no-KYC fee to add up fast, and treat the SOLC token's promised cashback as inactive for now.
