Argus launchpad Overview
Argus Launchpad is a permissionless memecoin launchpad on Arc. Anyone can create a token, so it suits creators who want a live USDC trading market without a curated IDO or presale review. Traders get a feed of new Arc tokens with prices, taxes, volume, and holder data.
Argus does not use a virtual bonding curve or a later DEX migration. It places the full 1 billion token supply into a Uniswap v4 liquidity position when the creator launches. Trading can start after the transaction confirms, and the liquidity NFT goes into a lock contract with no withdrawal path.
There is no published upfront launch fee. The pool fee is 1%, while each token has a fixed buy tax and sell tax between 1% and 10%. The creator divides 90% of collected tax between creator funds, holder dividends, buyback and burn, and extra liquidity. A 10% share goes to the Argus treasury.
Argus has no published allocation tiers or staking requirement. It also has no published KYC rule or standard token vesting schedule. Creator funds and holder dividends accrue as credits and need a separate claim transaction.
The main difference is the direct-to-pool launch model. The Arc-only focus, USDC payouts, fixed launch settings, and locked liquidity make Argus a good fit for users who want a simple token launch on Arc. Because anyone can list a token, buyers still need to review each token's tax, contract, allocation split, and trading activity.

Permissionless Token Launches
Anyone can create a token on Argus without a curated listing process. The platform runs on Arc only.

Direct Pool Launch
Argus places the full token supply into a Uniswap v4 liquidity position when the token is created. Trading can start after the transaction confirms, with no virtual bonding curve or later migration.

Permanent Liquidity Lock
A locker holds the LP NFT and has no withdraw, rescue, or admin function. The team cannot remove the locked liquidity.

Fixed Swap Taxes
Creators set buy and sell taxes between 1% and 10% per side at launch. The values cannot change later, and wallet-to-wallet transfers do not pay these taxes.

Tax Allocation Splits
Argus sends 10% of collected tax to its treasury and gives the remaining 90% to four creator-selected destinations. These destinations can include creator funds, buyback and burn, holder dividends, and extra liquidity.

USDC Payouts
Creator funds and holder dividends accrue as internal credits in the quote asset, usually USDC. Users must submit a claim transaction to withdraw those credits.

Opening Snipe Tax
An extra surcharge can apply for about three seconds after launch and then decays. The launch tax and snipe tax together cannot exceed 99%.

Arc USDC Markets
Argus uses Arc, where gas and default market quotes use USDC. The platform also shows other quote assets in its discovery filters, including EURC, cirBTC, ARGUS, and ARCASH.

Launch Discovery Feed
The app lists new pairs with taxes, volume, holder counts, and progress toward the bond milestone. Users can search by token name, ticker, or address without connecting a wallet.

No Launch Fee
Argus does not charge a protocol fee at token creation. Users still pay Arc gas, the 1% Uniswap v4 pool fee, token taxes, and gas for claims.

Open Source Contracts
Argus publishes its core Solidity code, documentation, and address bundles under an MIT license. Launched tokens use clones of a verified LaunchToken implementation.

Standard Token Supply
Each launch uses a supply of 1,000,000,000 tokens with 18 decimals. The token has no post-launch admin mint, pause, or blacklist function.

Permissionless Token Risk
Argus does not screen every listing, and many launches are meme tokens. The liquidity lock reduces some admin rug-pull risks, but it does not protect buyers from failed projects, high taxes, early snipe taxes, or falling demand.

Open a token page and check its buy tax, sell tax, pool pair, volume, and holder count before trading.

Choose the amount and confirm the swap against the quoted asset on the token page. Review the taxes and the 1% Uniswap v4 pool fee before signing.
