Ask Gina Overview

Ask Gina lets you manage a generated crypto wallet with plain English. You can search Polymarket markets, check prices, swap tokens, move funds, trade prediction contracts, and manage Hyperliquid perps from one chat.

It suits active crypto traders, prediction market users, long-term holders, and builders who use Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or OpenClaw. Users can create automations for scheduled buys, portfolio reports, market alerts, and trading rules.

Describe a task, review the planned transaction, and confirm it. Ask Gina can turn a written strategy into code that runs on a schedule or after a market trigger. It can also handle cross-chain swaps and gas payments across supported networks.

Its main difference is the mix of AI wallet management, Polymarket trading, perp trading, and workflow automation in one place. Ask Gina generates Solana and EVM wallets, so users cannot connect an existing external wallet.

How to use Ask Gina

  1. Create your account

Go to askgina.ai and create an account. Sign in to open your private Gina instance.

  2. Generate your wallets

Let Gina create the Solana wallet and EVM-compatible wallet linked to your account. You cannot connect an external wallet at this time.

  3. Fund your wallet

Send only assets you can afford to risk to your Gina wallet. Check the chain and token before you transfer funds.

  4. Start with research

Open Chats and ask for a price check, portfolio summary, or list of trending Polymarket markets. Use read-only prompts before you request a transaction.

  5. Review each action

Read Gina's planned action before you approve it. Check the asset, chain, amount, venue, and order details.

  6. Approve small trades

Confirm a small swap, prediction market order, or perp trade after you verify the details. Check Trade History after the transaction completes.

  7. Create an automation

Open Automations or visit /create and describe one rule with its size, venue, schedule or trigger, and kill condition. Read the generated workflow before you activate it.

  8. Check automation logs

Review the first automation runs and Trade History after they finish. Stop the automation if it takes an unexpected action or shows an incorrect result.

  9. Connect external tools

If you use Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or OpenClaw, follow the Gina MCP documentation to authenticate the connection. Keep your first MCP requests read-only.

  10. Increase size slowly

Run several small trades or automation jobs before adding more funds. Keep each live automation within a loss limit you can accept.

Pros

  • You can describe swaps, transfers, prediction trades, and perp orders in plain English.
  • One generated wallet connects spot assets, Polymarket, and Hyperliquid in one interface.
  • Automations can run scheduled or triggered trading strategies without repeated manual clicks.
  • Gina can search Polymarket markets by topic, odds, liquidity, and expiry.
  • MCP support lets you use Gina through Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or OpenClaw.
  • Gas handling can reduce the need to keep native tokens across multiple networks.
  • The wallet tracks spot, prediction, and perp positions with P&L and trade history.

Cons

  • You cannot connect a wallet you already own.
  • AI errors can trigger incorrect or irreversible trades.
  • The team has a small staff for support and incident response.
  • The privacy policy allows broad collection of prompts, balances, positions, and schedules.
  • No prominent independent security audit is publicly available.
  • Free AI credits expire each month and do not roll over.
  • You must review automation code because faulty rules can place bad trades.

Our verdict

Ask Gina is a serious agent wallet for people who want to research Polymarket, trade across chains, and run scheduled strategies from plain English. It does well at putting market search, swaps, prediction trades, Hyperliquid perps, and automations behind one chat, with MCP support for users who work in Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor. The tradeoff is real: you must use a generated wallet, review AI actions, accept broad data collection, and trust a small team without a prominent public security audit. Active multi-venue traders and builders should try it with a small balance, while users who need an existing hardware wallet or strict custody controls should skip it.

Is Ask Gina safe & legit?

Ask Gina is made by TYBB Labs, led by Sid Shekhar, with backing from Prelude and Coinbase Ventures. It has some trust signals in the Polymarket community, but its public track record and independent security reviews remain limited. Known risks include AI trade errors, irreversible transactions, generated wallets only, broad data collection, and no prominent public audit report.
