How to use Sonist

  4. Connect your credentials

    Link your Kalshi or Polymarket account so Sonist can place and cancel orders on it. Restrict the keys where the venue allows and skip withdraw permissions.

  5. Attach your audio source

    Pick a stream URL, device mic, or tab audio as the feed. Make sure it matches the source the market's rulebook uses to resolve mentions.

  6. Set the exact keywords

    Enter the keyword list using the exact resolution language from the market rules, not a loose synonym. Loose wording can cause missed or false hits.

  7. Gate the speaker (Pro)

    On the Pro tier, name the target speaker and gate out other voices. This stops a host or guest from triggering a mention meant for one official.

  8. Set size and session limits

    Choose your order size, session length, and panic sell settings before you go live. Start with the smallest size the venue allows.

  9. Start the session early

    Begin the session before the event starts, not after the first sentence. A late start means the engine misses the opening words.

  10. Watch the live transcript

    Follow the transcript and the first fills as they come in. Stop the session if the transcript lags or tags the wrong speaker.
