Perp com Overview

Perp.com lets you trade perpetual futures on the implied probability of real-world events. The contract price sits between 0 and 1 and mirrors the current market-assessed chance that a specific outcome will occur. You post USDC margin, choose long or short, pick a multiplier from 1x to 5x, and keep the position open with no fixed expiry date.

Standard prediction markets force full capital commitment at 1x exposure and lock your upside to posted odds. Perp.com turns the same probability into a continuous instrument that you can open or close at any moment while the outcome stays unknown.

This product fits several types of traders. Active prediction market participants who spot mispriced probabilities and want capital-efficient exposure. Sports and cultural event bettors who prefer amplified directional positions. Macro and election-focused traders who want bigger positions on rates or policy outcomes. Market makers and automated strategies that require a high-performance order book and WebSocket API access. Anyone familiar with perpetual futures mechanics who wants those tools applied to real-world outcomes rather than crypto asset prices.

Each event outcome gets its own dedicated order book. Matching happens off-chain for speed, and fills settle on-chain for finality. The mark price used for margin, PnL, and liquidations starts from a mapped Polymarket implied probability. It passes through probability bounds and deviation clamps to protect against manipulation and stale data.

Funding payments run between longs and shorts at regular intervals to keep the trading price aligned with the index. When the order book trades above the index, longs pay shorts. When it trades below, shorts pay longs. Funding is capped so it cannot trigger liquidations on its own.

One USDC pool backs every open position. You post a single deposit and allocate margin across multiple markets. Available and reserved balances track per user inside the on-chain CollateralVault, so you can hedge an election long with a sports short from one account.

To get started, visit perp.com and join the early access waitlist. Once granted access, connect a wallet that holds USDC on HyperEVM and deposit into the collateral vault. Browse available markets, pick a direction based on whether you think the probability is underpriced or overpriced, choose your position size, and submit the order. You can adjust or close the position at any time. At event resolution, positions settle automatically through an interpolation window if not closed earlier.

Taker orders carry a 5 basis point fee. Funding payments move between traders and do not flow to the platform. The product runs on HyperEVM, which delivers sub-second confirmation at high throughput, and treats probability itself as the tradeable underlying rather than relying on synthetic constructs.

Perp com Key features

  • Adjustable Position Exposure

Users select a multiplier between 1x and 5x when they open a position. Higher multipliers require less initial margin but increase liquidation risk.

  • No Expiry Dates

Positions stay open for the entire life of the event. Traders do not need to roll over or close their trades before the outcome is known.

  • Dedicated Order Books

Each event outcome gets its own order book. An off chain engine matches trades for speed, and the protocol settles all fills on chain.

  • Guarded Mark Price

The mark price starts from Polymarket implied probability. Multiple filters reject extreme spikes and stale data to produce accurate risk calculations.

  • Peer Funding Payments

When the trade price stays above the index, longs pay shorts. The protocol caps these payments so they do not trigger liquidations.

  • Shared Collateral Pool

A single USDC deposit backs all open positions. Traders can spread their margin across multiple markets from one account.

  • Layered Risk Controls

The protocol scales initial margin requirements based on open interest and event timing. If an account requires liquidation, the system first tries to close the position against the order book.

  • Smooth Resolution Process

When an event ends, the market enters a settling window. The mark price adjusts to the final outcome of zero or one before the protocol closes remaining positions.

  • WebSocket API Access

Traders manage bulk orders and cancel requests over a fast WebSocket connection. The API sends real time updates for orders, positions, and balances.

  • Simple Fee Structure

Traders pay a 5 basis point fee on taker orders. Funding payments go directly between traders, and the protocol takes no cut.

Perp com Fees

  • Taker fee Taker orders currently carry a 5 basis point fee.
  • Funding payments Funding payments exchange solely between long and short positions and do not flow to the platform.
  • Deposit and withdrawals No deposit or withdrawal fees are described beyond standard network gas.
  • Maker rates Exact maker rates and any volume based adjustments are not yet published and should be confirmed in the live interface.

How to use Perp com

  1. Join the waitlist

Go to perp.com and sign up for early access. The platform remains in V1 testnet, so you need permission to use it.

  2. Connect your wallet

Link a compatible wallet that holds USDC on the HyperEVM network. You do not need to complete a KYC process.

  3. Deposit your USDC

Put USDC into the platform collateral vault. This single deposit backs all your open trades across different markets.

  4. Pick a market

Look through the available elections, macro prints, sports outcomes, and cultural events. Choose a specific event outcome.

  5. Choose your direction

Go long if you think the probability is underpriced. Go short if you think the probability is overpriced.

  6. Set multiplier and size

Select a multiplier between 1x and 5x and enter your total trade size. A higher multiplier requires less initial capital but increases your liquidation risk.

  7. Submit your order

Check the required margin for your trade. Send a market order or a limit order to open the position.

  8. Track your position

Watch your margin ratio and mark price changes. Observe the funding payments that move between longs and shorts.

  9. Adjust or close trades

Increase your size, reduce your position, or exit completely before the event ends. You can do this at any time while the market remains open.

  10. Wait for event resolution

Wait for the real-world event to resolve. The platform settles the trade automatically through a final settlement window.

We are enabling leverage for prediction markets via a perpetual mechanism. That raises an obvious question:
What happens when the event resolves?
Instead of snapping to 0 or 1, Perp uses a settling window to glide the mark toward the outcome.
    Here’s how it works 🧵

Once the outcome is confirmed, the market enters settling.
New exposure is disabled and trading becomes reduce-only.
The mark interpolates toward 0 or 1. When the window ends, remaining positions close at the interpolated mark and the market settles.
No expiry means there’s no arbitrary futures expiry date.
The market remains open while the outcome is unknown. Until you close your position, or reality closes it for you.

Prediction trades have always required full collateralization
Perp changes this, allowing users to trade sports, politics, compute and more with up to 5x leverage

Upon matching, your position updates instantly and the fill queues for settlement.
Fills are batched and written to HyperEVM. A batch settles in full or not at all. No partial state.
Fast where speed matters, on-chain where it counts.
The call stays the same. The market around it doesn’t.
Prediction markets let you bet on a probability. Perp lets you trade it efficiently.
    Same prediction. More firepower.

Prediction markets and perpetual futures just collided.
Kalshi and Polymarket both shipped perps this year — on BTC, ETH, stocks, gold.
We built the version nobody else did: perps on the predictions themselves.

At resolution, a settling window interpolates the mark toward the outcome.
Positions land gently instead of gapping straight to 0 or 1 the instant an event settles.
Custody is on-chain USDC on HyperEVM. Off-chain matching for speed, on-chain settlement for finality. No KYC.
Kalshi and Polymarket asked "how do we let people trade crypto?"
http://Perp.com asked "what if the prediction itself traded like a perp?"
    Your predictions deserve leverage.
