Where it's actually close: return points won, 47.2% Frech vs 45.9% Jovic, and BP converted (45.5% vs 49.4%) isn't a blowout either.
If Frech is going to make this competitive, it's going to be through break point pressure, not through outslugging Jovic from the baseline.
First career meeting, no history to lean on. Jovic's also the defending champ at this event, which is doing real work in that 74.5% number beyond just the stat gap.

Bucsa's baseline number is a real weakness though, just 17th percentile, which is a problem against a grinder like Bejlek who wants long exchanges.
